im starting to love having off & rest days on weekdays. wats not to love? imagine not having to fight with the crowd in town.. watching movies with perfectly sane seats. gg to the beach where u cn actually see the bloody sea... happening to the max i tell yoo..
the only downside though is less time for the family (weekends are meant for family mah) & its seriously difficult to make appointmts with the besties.. shift work is MADNESS!! thank god for colleagues.
speaking of my colleagues.. (i still cnt believe i have started using this word.. dah besar anak mak.. chet!) working with them is just simply wonderful. too many colourful characters. i cnt imagine myself leaving the ward someday. but thats not the point. the point now IS that our commaradarie (sibey chim sak ini word) gives me the energy to actually enjoy work. =)
the wonders of working in A side.. fresh flowers & getting to do this on a sunday evening..
working on a sunday evening with only 7.. yes SEVEN patients out of 22 is just pure heaven. i liiiiike!!! =) passing report is such a breeze. cheh... haha..
now, choose ur favourite "HOT" nurse people... hehee..alright.. off day tmr.. tanning cum relaxing in sentosa & movie marathon @ vivo with dayah... i also liiiiike....... =))

so selepas itu, si budak ni bagi kiter extra round of joyride around jurong east.. dan selepas selepas itu, si father dan si kakak bagi budak ni parking lesson sikit lah. (kau tngk semangat dier tngk mirror. tak sempat si kakak nk tangkap focus! DAHSYAT!)
orang suroh si father jadi driving instructor, tak nak.. (si father punyer temper ader sikit "out of control" lah.) jadi D.I anak-anak dier pon jadi lah eh..
aku ader feeling kan, si father akan "eksyen" sikit depan kawan-kawan dier mulai besok. yer lah.. tak bleh disalahkan.. anak-anak dah berjaya.. berjaya aper??? berjaya kapok kreta dier buat jolly kodok DOK!! hahaha
itu triangle lah musoh si kakak for one whole year.. biar si budak tu rasa peritnyer eh..

to say that my week had been amazingly fruitful is a total understatement. sungguh gereks YO!
1. my patient is now a family friend =)
2. i am so so proud of my javanese heritage. (org jawa rocks ok.. betul nggak bu? haha)
3. ive been repeating this phrase in my head
"find a job that you love, so you don't have to work for the rest of your life"

4. for the very FIRST time in all my 20 years of existance, i came 5cm close to the merlion at marina bay. yes, im a nerd.. tell ME about it lah. (i hvnt even been to mustaffa ctr can! TOO MUCH SAK!)
5. me & dayah taught Jeki how to speak "mat" language... we became proud teachers at the end of the day..
6. upon impromptuness (is there even sucha word?!) we transformed my kental camera phone into a full fledged digital camera.. bleh tahan jugak sak hp aku.. heheh. =)
7. me & dayah became tour guides for a day & thank god there was that NDP preview for pri sch kids thingy. talk about impromptu & the unexpected! the smile on "ibu's" sad face was simply =)
8. midweek, one of my colleagues, kak aini, gave birth to the COMEL-est baby girl ever. & mind you, she was working a FULL afternn shift the day before. aku sungguh kagum beb!

CONGRATULATIONS NYP GRADUANDS CLASS OF '07!!!!my ceremony was at 5pm today. we were to report by 3.30..
and as usual.... i arrived at 4.07... pandai sangat per..
STEP STAR-KARAT.. (glam tengkoghak betol!)
and, i was JUST IN TIME to see my row of "NURs" about to walk into the auditorium..
i ddnt even get the chance to button my friggin robe! GAWD! cannot make it man. i corrected my robe while walking to the seats. typical of me.. i know.. wattado.. =)
cheh.... NURSES GRADUATE OOOIII!!! future onco & ortho specialists.. (must dream big-big arh zi..)
i was getting bored waiting for the GOH (they think the whole world owes them time mah -.-).. so i explored the robe's abilities.. maximisation is good i must say..
ok, the 3 of us managed to collect our certs without experiencing a MS CONGENIALITY moment, or shld i say Ms. USA?! hahah.. azi, for the 100th time.. ur hair was OK!
and wat the bloody heck is graduation without my boys???? I MISSED U GUYS TOO MUCH! (too bad abg cldnt make it.. if not.. the
"SLACK-5" wld be complete. saddening sak.)
