amidst all the craziness, confused-state-of-mind, don't-feel-like-looking-at-WORDS-anymore debarcle.. my beloved Tower 10 managed to get in to the GRAND finals of dodgeball.. haha...
oh the irony of being all slumped out for the better part of the week..
this totally made my day! not to mention a nice little bbq with the classmates after our extra lab sesh.. (anything to get critiquing wiki out of our systems yes girls???)
speaking of which, can one get any CONFUSE-R with this shit?!???? oh darn it, i still have a long-ass way to go..cadbury blackforest chocolate check.

as autumn leaves are slowing falling to the ground...
for the first time in 8 years, ive missed out on the whole season of American Idol. some may say "oh how tacky" but heck that i give a hoot. i don't really care much for the winner, however listening to their studio tracks is somehow helping me dwell in my 264795746th essay.

i just felt like talking to mum on the phone and it turned out to be the best 45 mins long distance call i ever made..
maybe its time for me to think about my future and what i really want..
what do i want to achieve in 5 years time??
definitely not a bad back with an anal attitude..

what is the definition of a freaking brilliant movie????
two words: INSANELY BRILLIANT.and they say that I get distracted too easily.. heck yeah! have you seen that boy down the bottom right hand corner there?? so totally worth my 10 bucks... and fyi, i never knew Star trek could be so entertaining that i understood every single part of it all..
oh wait, i am SO NOT A GEEK still... much less a trek-fan.

For once, I took the effort to dress up to the nines for a ball which i was initially forced to go to, of which, i'm damn glad i was... cause simply said, CHISHOLM SUITCASE BALL '09 was truly a night to remember and I had a fantastic time...
fyi, loved the DJ in the house, i wanted to kiss that guy for playing my favourite 80s and 90s dance tunes... and people i love were there to rock it out with me... so whoever said i couldn't get on up to the dance floor in 4 inch heels and a floor dress eh??
the rest are up in facebook.. have fun kids!p.s: before i forget, HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO KAK INTAN, congratulations to turning a year older. just so you know, if u get married this year, we break our relationship, and yes i know i owe you a HUGEASS story =) LOVE YOU MUCH!!!!!

when mother nature can't decide whether she wants to be hot or cold...
the weather forecast claims a really nice beautiful week for melbourne. good god, i really hope so.. with a looming Ball in the middle of the week to look forward to, and of course the last day of sch this friday for me.. life couldn't be better..i am liking the colour of leaves in autumn.. it has a certain attraction i can't describe just yet..
was watching the 2nd last episode of Greys with Sus yesterday and omg, just watch the damn episode will you?

HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY TO THIS WOMAN I CALL IBU...
no amount of words can express how grateful I am to you. how happy I am just to see you smile, even though it's only through skype-ing. how cool you are to be so open-minded. how you can still make me feel safe here just by saying "take care sayang. i miss you so much and i love you". how you make an effort to call me every night just to make sure i am safe and sound.i wish i could be back home just for a day to snug under your arms in bed and just be warm and comfortable.. i could say a million wonderful things you've done for me but i guess that'll take eons to complete anyway. thank you for giving birth to me. thank you for being the best mum a daughter can ever wish for. and thank you for being you.

as far as assignments go, i'm still along the lines of going mad and procrastination and im flirting with both.. 3 more essays and my brain is already fried. i miss home all of a sudden and it's not helping that sam, susan and georgia went home for the weekend. i'm slightly depressed for the second time since i've been here. period.p.s: i need to find a karaoke bar asap!

funny story... ever since mum knows how to use skype (more of scream at my idiotic brother to answer my videocall), we have been webcamming each other for an average of an hour a day.. and i can see how much shes trying not to well up in tears. (me too ohkay! that's how much i miss mum. and i am my mother's daughter, can't help it)
since it's MAY now (already?!), all that we ever talk about is her impending trip here with daddy come 1st july.. OMG I AM SEXCITED!!! cause mum has her whole itineary planned and i am very much included. hehe.. (i am but a mere poor student *lol*) say hello to free all expenses paid holiday. oh i am loved =))
been trying to catch up on my pathology notes (i SWEAR i can pull out ever strand of my hair trying to understand this module.. cell schmells.. dammit! i need to start mind-mapping and paste it all over my room so that i can memorize some of this shit. seriously!)
and i shld really stop facebooking. kak intan, IT IS ADDICTIVE NAK MAMPOS!
and having all TEN seasons of F.R.I.E.N.D.S on my hard drive isnt helping either. speaking of which, i am already at season 7 on my rerun streak, haha!
to do list for this week and next:
- Lectopia my HAS and Path
- camtasia for meds
- mind-mapping -_-
- new recipes to try out for the weekend (enough of mee goreng can?!)
- wash my sportsgirl white shoes...
- assess Liam for HAS..
but seriously, i really need to listen to my online lecture now..

technically, her birthday is tomorrow but who cares??? assignments aside, we had a superbly awesome time.. and yes, the 3 of us almost died from laughing too much and eating heaps of junk! haha...
