how is it possible that sleep is a luxury to me now?
i used to be able to sleep for 12-13 hours without disturbance or that thing called WORK! goddammit.
but then again, i catch my zzzz elsewhere. its not convenient, but it'll have to do.
anihoos, my mum wanted us to see her cousin off at the airport yesterday.
guess what time was her flight man. 3 friggin AM siols!
and i was on afternn shift before that & i had to work at 7 am today. eh, suker lah aku!
ok, back to the airport story (im digressing WAY TOO MUCH)
anihoos, this cousin of my mum's has been working in Oman as a military nurse for the past 15 years. she hasn't seen me or my brother since I was 7 or 8.
p.s: i don't even rmbr what she looked like before i saw her off yesterday can.. tsk tsk.
so we chatted for abit. did some catching up. she asked me about my job scope. i asked her about hers. & HOLY SHIT. check this out yo, working in Oman gets her this...
1. 60 days ANNUAL LEAVE2. 4000 riyal monthly pay which equates s$16 000 (like whaaaaat???)3. shes doing permanent night so she does 15 nights & the rest of the 15 nights are her day offs. 4. 2 return air tickets every year.and get this, she said if i ever consider working in Oman, she can pull some strings for me. talk about family ties people. fuiyoh! s$16 000 every month is definitely NO SHIT. but for a small fry like me, ill stay in singapore for while longer.
mum used to stay over her hostel at KKH some 25-30 years back. they were close back in the hey-day.
alright, training leave tmr. looking forward to some break from the ward. YESSSSAAAH!!

there's many things for me to look forward to this coming november. i foresee it to be a
better (read: october has been SHIT, apart from hari raya of course) month.
1. raya trip with the mad gang on the 3rd2. there's KL/genting trip with su & dayah
3. the godsis is coming back on the 18th (YEAH BABY!!)4. i get to see my grandma back in batu pahat and i'm gonna drive =)the list is piling up. i'm keeping my spirits up. and who knows, i might be in for a surprise. HAAAAAH.. not!
and guess who just made my day today..
i saw him on MTV's trl.. eh, suker lah aku! apart from keanu reeves (i dunnoe what's wrong with me but i keep dreaming about him getting married to me. =) oh, we made a pretty good couple. & the dad divorced us every morning with a slap on my butt telling me to solat subuh. -_-)
oh shuhtup u prick. dont get jealous now. im single, im available. i deserve fantasies time & again. hahahahahah!

having an open house when i'm on afternoon shift rocks shitloads caaan?? i don't have to help around the house.. my bro fetched me from the hospital at 9.30 SHARP (this one must specify) and i came home to see my cousins all waiting for me screaming "MISSSSSYY!!!!"..
so the boyband TAK menjadi pose lah. but extremely macho in my eyes ohkay!
ni memang SAH cousins sejati sehidop semati.. we went to the same secondary school. our parents married on the same day. his birthday is just 15 days away from mine. and i have yet to blanja him makan. -_- (aku kan busy selaluuuu!!)
believe it or not, he's my uncle. yes people. U-N-C-L-E. & he's 2 days younger than me!! he's single.. doing his degree in NUS. witty. smart. sarcastic. sumpah i'm not promoting him (jgn kembang eh udin). i just had to describe him somehow lah ok.
