constipation sucks lah!!!! aaaargh! & im suffering from it.e painful stomach.e uncomfortable feeling.feeling heavy all over. shit!! i dont noe wats wrong wif me.. ok..this is gonna sound damn gross but i think my butt hole is sore trying to squeeze out evry last gram of shit in my large intestines.. seriously, it hurts like crap.. damn it lah!!

i wanna go on a fruit diet lah.. i dnt care already.. i seriously wanna shit evryday.. currently my cycle is 3-4 days den shit! but that also needs "extra stimulation".. haiyoh!!! crap crap crap!!!!!
