what's a nurse's fear??

1) doing a medication error (eg: forgetting to give a patient her insulin jab)

2) relatives hounding you with questions you have NO ABSOLUTE answer to

3) the ward HO going awol on you, it's already 1030am & he hasnt done ANY of your discharges

4) you're at home, thinking you've passed a fairly good report. only to have your colleague call you to say you've forgotten to do something for the patient

and i keep telling myself.. "i'm new.. mistakes are often made. i'll learn from them"
but sometimes, there'll be that one moment when all i want to do is bang my head on the wall.
just because of the stupid annoying things i forget.
it's just so... eeergh!
