Yoga in a sentence: the strong urge & ability to sleep while listening to hard stubborn muscles crack.



this is POST yoga.. and as you can see.. we are totally hopeless in our meek attempt to tone up & shape up. so DIET POLICE, you can arrest us for all we care. hah.. and fyi, we still think good old jogging will do the trick. =)))
